Born in 1971, married with two children, he received his master's degree in economics from Ca' Foscari University of Venice in 1996. He has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant since 2000 with registration with the Lanciano Bar Association.

He is enrolled in the Register of Auditors as well as in the Register of Technical Consultants at the Court of Lanciano.

A member of Professionisti Associati since 2000, he deals mainly with personnel administration and management, and is a consultant in important companies on Corporate Organization and Administrative Responsibility of Entities ex D.|.gs 231/2001, for the latter activity he was the author of the text "la Responsabilità Amministrativa degli Entti e delle Società" published by Sistemi editoriali.
